Silvo Mix for Stew Kale

• Glucose
• spices 20.5% (garlic powder, dried onion 5%, nutmeg 3%, turmeric, black pepper, cumin)
• salt 17%
• skinny milk powder
• aroma (contains barley, wheat)
• herbs 5.6% (parsley 3.5%, marjoram, rosemary, bay leaf)
• sugar
• dried red peppers
• food acid: citric acid
• anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide
• rapeseed oil
• Total content of herbs and spices: 26.1%.

Add:
– 1.5 kg potatoes
– 600 g kale (sliced)
– 2 dl milk
– Peel and wash potatoes.
– Wash kale.
– Put potatoes and kale in a pan with a layer of water and cook for 25 minutes.
– Meanwhile, boil the milk.
– Drain potatoes and kale, mash and stir with milk and a knob of butter to a smooth mass.
– Add mix and let the stew heat up through and through while stirring.
– Do not add salt or pepper.
Tip
– Delicious with a piece of smoked sausage.
